Terms and Conditions of Website Use

Last updated: August 14, 2026

Welcome to the website of Qurrah LLC (“Qurrah,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and  Conditions govern your access to and use of Qurrah’s website, online content, contact forms,  scheduling links, and other website-based features.

By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these  Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with these terms,  please discontinue your use of the website.

These Terms and Conditions apply to use of the website. Separate intake forms, informed consent documents, service agreements, payment policies, and Cancellation and Sanctuary  Policies may apply when you schedule or receive services from Qurrah.

1. About Qurrah

Qurrah is a healing sanctuary where women receive personalized therapeutic care through  thoughtfully integrated healing modalities that support the body’s natural capacity for healing.

Services may include therapeutic massage, bodywork, cupping therapy, sound therapy,  aromatherapy, and other therapeutic modalities agreed upon by the guest and practitioner. The  healing modalities incorporated into a sanctuary visit are selected according to the guest’s needs,  preferences, informed consent, and the practitioner’s professional judgment, education, training,  and lawful scope of practice.

Qurrah currently provides in-person therapeutic services exclusively to women. The  informational content of this website may be viewed by the general public.

2. Informational Purpose of the Website

The information presented on this website is provided for general educational, informational, and  scheduling purposes. It is intended to help visitors understand Qurrah’s philosophy, services,  policies, and approach to therapeutic care.

Website content is not intended to provide an individual diagnosis, treatment plan, medical  opinion, prescription, or other form of medical or mental-health advice.

Reading this website, submitting a contact form, sending a message, or following Qurrah on  social media does not establish a therapist-client relationship. A professional relationship is  established only after Qurrah agrees to provide services and the appropriate intake, consent, and  scheduling requirements have been completed.

3. Therapeutic and Medical Disclaimer

The services provided by Qurrah are intended to promote relaxation, reduce stress, relieve  muscular tension, support circulation, encourage body awareness, and support the body’s natural  healing processes.

Qurrah’s services are complementary to, and not a substitute for, care provided by a physician or  another qualified health care professional. Qurrah does not use massage therapy, bodywork,  cupping therapy, sound therapy, aromatherapy, or any other offered modality to diagnose,  prescribe for, treat, or cure a disease, injury, or medical condition.

You should consult an appropriately qualified health care professional regarding symptoms,  diagnoses, medications, injuries, pregnancy-related concerns, mental-health concerns, or other  questions requiring medical evaluation or treatment.

Never disregard professional medical advice, discontinue prescribed treatment, or delay seeking  appropriate care because of information found on this website or discussed in connection with  Qurrah’s services.

4. Emergencies and Urgent Concerns

Qurrah’s website, contact form, email, telephone number, text-messaging service, and social media accounts are not monitored as emergency services.

Do not use these communication methods to report or request assistance with a medical  emergency, mental-health emergency, immediate threat to safety, or other urgent condition.  Contact emergency services or an appropriate emergency or crisis-care provider when immediate  assistance is needed.

Qurrah cannot guarantee an immediate response to a website inquiry, email, text message,  telephone call, or voice message.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Each person’s body, health history, circumstances, and response to therapeutic care are different.  Information appearing on this website describes the purposes and potential supportive uses of  Qurrah’s services but does not constitute a promise, warranty, or guarantee of a particular result.

Testimonials, reviews, personal experiences, or descriptions of previous outcomes reflect  individual experiences. They do not establish that another guest will experience the same or  similar outcome.

References to healing, restoration, balance, relief, relaxation, or wellness should be understood  within the complementary and supportive nature of Qurrah’s services. True healing comes only

from Allah, and no practitioner, modality, product, or environment can promise or guarantee  healing.

6. Spiritual Content

References to Allah, the Qur’an, Islamic principles, gratitude, hope, or spiritual reflection express  the beliefs and philosophy upon which Qurrah is founded.

This language is presented as part of Qurrah’s identity and approach to care. It is not intended as  a substitute for individualized medical, mental-health, legal, or religious guidance and does not  represent a promise that a particular spiritual or physical outcome will occur.

Visitors and guests remain responsible for making their own health care, religious, and personal  decisions and for consulting appropriately qualified professionals when individualized guidance  is needed.

7. Individual Suitability and Disclosure of Health  Information

Not every healing modality is appropriate for every person or every health condition. The  inclusion of information about a modality on this website does not mean that the modality is  appropriate for you.

Before receiving services, guests are responsible for providing complete and accurate  information concerning their health history, medications, allergies, sensitivities, injuries,  pregnancy status, recent procedures, medical restrictions, and any other condition that could  affect the safety or appropriateness of care.

Qurrah may decline, postpone, discontinue, or modify a service when reasonably necessary to  protect the guest’s wellbeing, remain within professional scope of practice, comply with  applicable requirements, or obtain appropriate medical clearance.

8. Scheduling and Appointment Requests

Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee that an appointment has been reserved. An  appointment is considered confirmed only after it has been accepted through Qurrah’s scheduling  process and the guest has received confirmation.

Appointment availability, operating hours, service descriptions, practitioner availability, and  scheduling procedures may change.

Qurrah uses Massagebook Scheduling, a Squarespace service, to manage appointments, intake  documents, communications, payments, and related scheduling services. When you use Massagebook Scheduling or another external service connected to Qurrah’s website, your use of that service  may also be governed by the provider’s own terms, conditions, and privacy practices.

Qurrah is not responsible for the independent operation, security, availability, or policies of a  third-party service, although Qurrah will select and use service providers with reasonable care.

9. Prices, Payments, and Insurance

Current prices and available sanctuary visits will be displayed on Qurrah’s website or scheduling  platform. Prices may be changed from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, the price in effect  when an appointment is confirmed will apply to that appointment.

Online payments may be processed through Qurrah’s scheduling provider. In-person payments  may be processed through Square or another disclosed payment processor. Payment information  submitted to a third-party processor is also subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

Qurrah does not accept or bill health insurance. Guests are responsible for the full cost of the  services they request and receive.

Healing modalities included within the reserved sanctuary time are not treated as separately  priced add-ons unless Qurrah clearly states otherwise before the service is provided.

Gratuities are neither requested nor expected.

10. Cancellations, Late Arrivals, and Missed Appointments

Appointments are subject to Qurrah’s current Cancellation and Sanctuary Policies. Those  policies are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

Guests are responsible for reviewing the cancellation requirements presented on the website,  through the scheduling platform, or during the scheduling process.

A late arrival may reduce the amount of time available for the sanctuary visit so that the  following guest’s reserved time is not disrupted. Depending upon the circumstances and Qurrah’s  current policies, late cancellations, missed appointments, or appointments that cannot safely  proceed because required information was withheld may be subject to a fee.

Qurrah may cancel or reschedule an appointment because of illness, emergency, unsafe  conditions, building concerns, severe weather, practitioner unavailability, or another  circumstance that makes providing care inappropriate or impracticable.

11. Recurring Care Plans and Special Arrangements

Participation in a recurring care path, promotional arrangement, prepaid plan, or other special  offering may be subject to additional written terms.

Those additional terms may address payment frequency, included visits, expiration, rescheduling,  cancellation, renewal, transferability, and termination. When additional terms apply, they will be  presented before enrollment or purchase.

If an additional written term conflicts with these general website terms, the more specific term  will govern the applicable plan or arrangement.

12. Minors

Qurrah does not make any representation through this website that a particular service is  available to a minor.

When Qurrah agrees to provide massage therapy or another appropriate service to a guest under  eighteen (18) years of age, written consent from the guest’s parent or legal guardian is required  before services are provided. Additional Qurrah policies concerning minors may also apply.

Services provided to minors will remain subject to applicable law, professional standards,  Qurrah’s policies, and any participation or presence requirements established for the minor’s  parent or legal guardian.

13. Contact Forms and Electronic Communications

When submitting a contact form or communicating electronically with Qurrah, you agree to  provide information that is accurate and that you are authorized to provide.

Electronic communication cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure. Visitors should avoid  sending highly sensitive information through an ordinary contact form, email, text message, or  social-media message unless Qurrah has specifically requested that the information be submitted  through a secure method.

By providing your contact information, you authorize Qurrah to respond using the contact  method you selected or reasonably used to initiate the communication. Qurrah will not use  consent to receive service-related communications as consent to receive unrelated promotional  messages where separate consent is required.

Information submitted through the website will be handled in accordance with Qurrah’s Privacy  Policy.

14. Respectful and Lawful Use

You agree to use Qurrah’s website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its accounts, systems, or data; • Introduce malicious code, viruses, automated attacks, or other harmful technology; • Interfere with the operation or security of the website;

• Submit false, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, obscene, or unlawful  material;

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;

• Use the website to violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights; • Copy, scrape, reproduce, or exploit website content for unauthorized commercial  purposes; or

• Use Qurrah’s name, content, branding, or services in a misleading or deceptive manner. Qurrah may restrict or terminate access to the website when it reasonably believes that a visitor  has misused the website or violated these terms.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the text, branding, service descriptions, graphics, photographs, logos,  designs, downloadable materials, and other original content appearing on this website are owned  by or licensed to Qurrah and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view, print, or save a reasonable portion of the website for your personal,  noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, create  derivative works from, or commercially exploit Qurrah’s content without prior written  permission.

References to third-party names, trademarks, products, or services remain the property of their  respective owners.

16. External Websites and Resources

Qurrah’s website may contain links to scheduling services, payment processors, educational  resources, product manufacturers, social-media platforms, or other third-party websites.

A link does not necessarily constitute Qurrah’s endorsement of every statement, product, policy,  or activity associated with the third party. Qurrah does not control and is not responsible for the  content, availability, accessibility, security, or privacy practices of independently operated  websites.

Visitors are responsible for reviewing the terms and privacy practices of external websites before  providing personal or payment information.

17. Website Accuracy and Availability

Qurrah makes reasonable efforts to provide thoughtful and accurate information. Nevertheless,  website content may occasionally contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or technical  problems.

Qurrah may correct, update, remove, or change website content without prior notice. Qurrah  does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available  at a particular time.

Information concerning prices, hours, availability, services, policies, and practitioners should be  confirmed through Qurrah’s current scheduling or communication process when it is material to  your decision.

18. Disclaimer of Website Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website and its content are provided on an “as  available” basis without warranties concerning uninterrupted availability, technical performance,  completeness, or suitability for a visitor’s particular purpose.

Nothing in this section limits the professional responsibilities that apply when Qurrah agrees to  provide therapeutic services. These website terms do not replace informed consent, professional  standards, or any right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. Limitation of Liability for Website Use

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qurrah will not be responsible for indirect, incidental,  special, or consequential losses arising solely from reliance upon general website information,  temporary website unavailability, third-party websites, or unauthorized misuse of the website by  another person.

Visitors remain responsible for decisions made in reliance upon general online information and  for seeking individualized professional guidance when appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability for professional  negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or  limited.

20. Responsibility for Misuse

You are responsible for losses or expenses directly resulting from your unlawful, fraudulent, or  intentionally harmful misuse of Qurrah’s website or infringement of Qurrah’s rights.

This provision is not intended to impose responsibility for ordinary, good-faith use of the website  or for conduct beyond your reasonable control.

21. Privacy

Qurrah’s collection, use, retention, protection, and disclosure of personal information are  addressed in its Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of Qurrah’s website policies and  should be reviewed together with these Terms and Conditions.

22. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and applicable  federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal proceeding concerning these website terms shall be brought before a court with proper  jurisdiction, subject to any rights or requirements that cannot lawfully be changed by agreement.

23. Severability

If a court determines that any part of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, unlawful, or  unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by  law.

A failure by Qurrah to enforce a provision on one occasion does not constitute a permanent  waiver of that provision or any other provision.

24. Changes to These Terms

Qurrah may update these Terms and Conditions when its services, website, business practices,  technology, or legal obligations change.

The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the  website after revised terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised website terms.

Changes affecting an already confirmed appointment or purchased plan will be handled  according to the terms that applied when the appointment or arrangement was confirmed, unless  a change is required by law, safety, or mutual agreement.
